Click on the "Go" button on the top left corner of the page, go to Personal Zone and Profile. From there, click on the "View/Edit Complete Profile". In there, you will find "Signature" section. Copy the URL of the signature you want to use and have in between these:

its [ING]pasteURLhere[/ING] <--- replace N with M. Showing you it with N so it appears here. Just replace it like I said with M.
