Now that Artest is signing with the Lakers... we HAVE to get a decent-good PF and a solid bench player.. or else i don't think we have a chance to beat them.

Gortat + one of Sheed/Bass/McDyess is very good for us.

In a recent interview with Stan, I remember him saying its good to start the season with 5-6 bigmen.

Hmm, Dwight...there's one. Gortat....two. We need some real big men after that. Shard and Anderson are both shooters, Foyle will never see the court, and Battie (God-willing) will not even be resigned here.

But the sad part of me tends to agree you're probably right.
